Biesterfeld Spezialchemie GmbH has been appointed by New Phase Technologies as the exclusive distributor for New Phase Technologies™ Specialty Polymers. New Phase Technologies, belonging to Baker Hughes, is well known as global supplier of specialty polymers for skin care, personal wash and color cosmetics, antiperspirants and deodorants, sun care and hair care products. Effective September 1st, 2011 Biesterfeld Spezialchemie distributes New Phase Technologies™ Specialty Polymers in Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine and Turkey.

The product portfolio covers the following product ranges: Performa V™, Performalene™, Performacol™, Performacid™, Performa™ und Performathox™. These polymers and waxes provide multiple benefits including improvement of performance and enhancement of aesthetics of personal care products from lipsticks to emulsions. Special types of Performa V™ polymers achieve excellent water resistance of sunscreen and color cosmetic products and make formulating easier.

New Phase Technologies™ Specialty Polymers complete the product range of Biesterfeld Spezialchemie with polymers and waxes providing multiple benefits in cosmetic formulations.
